At Locanda La Scottiglia you come to slow down, to breathe, to rediscover the pleasure of simple things. Here there is no confusion, no hurry: only sincere hospitality, silence, nature and good food.
Our eight rooms are intimate, bright and carefully designed. Each has a king-size bed, private bathroom with waterfall shower, air conditioning, Smart TV, minibar and fast Wi-Fi. The kind of place where you wake up refreshed, look out the window and realise you are exactly where you wanted to be.

The morning starts here
A breakfast buffet, with things really made. We make the cakes and tarts, the bread is homemade, the jams are chosen one by one. Then yoghurt, cornflakes, croissants, butter, fresh fruit, orange juice and water. And for those who prefer savoury, Tuscan ham and pecorino cheese from Seggiano.
On request, fried or scrambled eggs, cappuccino, coffee, tea and other hot drinks.

The Most Spacious
Room 1
15 square metres with a large 6.50 square metre bathroom, one of the most comfortable rooms in the inn. Warm interior, wood meets natural tones and contemporary details. The window looks onto an interior terrace that brings in soft, constant light.

TERRACE over the sunset
Room 2
17 square metres, the only room with a private terrace, armchairs, small table and a view of the Val d'Orcia and the Maremma. At sunset, it is the best place in the inn. Spacious and bright, it accommodates up to three guests with a king-size double bed and a single. Designed for families, friends or those who want more space to breathe.

SUNSET VIEW
Room 3
14.50 square metres, intimate and bright, overlooking one of the most beautiful views of the house: the Val d'Orcia stretching towards the Maremma. From the window you can see the sunsets that are a small daily ritual here. Dry and refined furnishings: true luxury is what you see outside.
