Led by the brilliant chef Lara Clementi, our cuisine expertly blends freshness, creativity and innovation, transforming itself into an authentic point of reference in the Amiata for its reinterpretations of traditional Maremma dishes.
Alongside Lara, we find Dimitri Arezzini, a passionate gastronomic experimenter with a past as a butcher, whose know-how in the art of cuts and the use of various meats translates into always surprising and inviting proposals.
Our gastronomic offer is characterized by a scrupulous selection of raw materials, the home production of our breads, a refined and varied wine and oil list, as well as the creativity of the dishes that follow the freshness of the seasons, thus guaranteeing a always evolving and never monotonous.
To accompany our dishes, we offer a vast selection of national and international wines, curated with passion by our owners, Fabio and Massimo, expert sommeliers who love to enhance the excellence of the territory, with an eye on Piedmont and France. Last but not least, our oil list presents a selection of the best varieties, with particular attention to the "Olivastra Seggianese" oil, one of the four Tuscan DOPs, which represents an authentic excellence of our territory.
